About the Project
Implemented a Volunteer Registration system from scratch for external users. Created new custom objects, Database Schema, and enrollment forms to be accessed publically.
Challenges
Integration to Dilax system to get shop visit data. Schema relationship for the custom objects and fields. Add Data to Salesforce related to Tenants, Property owners, Buildings, and Units. Automate the Cost Calculations of building units with different metrics. Custom Salesforce PDF documents for Property owners.
Solutions
Dilax integration replaced the daily manual data entry because of an implementation of a daily batch job to get data from Dilax external system using REST API. Enhanced the accuracy of shop visit details and rental cost management through seamless integration and automation. Streamlined schedule management and cost allocation processes, reducing manual effort and errors.
Results
Enabled property owners to gain valuable insights into their rental properties profitability through customized financial reports. Successfully integrated daily shop visit details, improving data accuracy and operational efficiency. Automated rental cost calculations and schedule management, providing a seamless experience for users.
